You will find this super-lean Ground Steak requires minimal preparation. For quick and delicious Buffalo Burgers, form ground into patties while rubbing with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and grill to your liking.

To achieve a medium-rare temperature for a 6-ounce portion, grill for 4 minutes on each side over hot coals. Ground Steak can be substituted in your favorite beef dishes including meat loaves, casseroles, tacos, spaghetti, and chili--just to name a few.
