Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm MST.
After an order has been placed a customer service rep will contact you via email with your shipping date and expected delivery date. We will also track your package for you until it is delivered. If you would like to receive a tracking number please let us know. Orders will be processed within 12-24 hours Monday through Friday and will be sent out on the next available shipping window. To avoid packages sitting in a warehouse over the weekend we ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & only rush/overnight on Thursday.

All products are shipped in insulated boxes with gel packs and dry ice to ensure the meat arrives in excellent condition. We also monitor temperatures daily and make adjustments to guarantee a successful transit. We use both FedEx & UPS services and we will determine the most efficient way to ship your product.
We waive all signature requirements unless instructed otherwise. If you are not home for delivery the FedEx or UPS representative should leave your package at your door.

Yes. We welcome our customers to stop by our Rapid City processing facility. If you call us in advance we can put together your order and have your product waiting for you.
Wild Idea Buffalo makes a fantastic gift and we receive a lot of gift orders. Simply indicate the recipient address and we will ship it directly to them. If you would like to add a personal note in the gift box please let us know in the comment section.

If you encounter any issues with your order or a package that has been sent to you, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt for any problems regarding product, shipping, or other related issues. If your order arrives on time and the exterior of the box is in good condition and you refuse to accept your order, Wild Idea Buffalo Co. will not refund your money.
