AVOCADO BRUSCHETTA W/ BUFFALO BACON

INGREDIENTS:
4~6 slices bread (good, solid and crusty Ciabatta)
2~4 avocados (ripe and reasonably soft)
lemon (juice of one)
1/2 cup of olive oil
cayenne pepper (to taste)
pepper (freshly ground to taste)
8 slices Wild Idea Smoked Buffalo Bacon (cooked, cut in half)
4~8 tablespoons OF LOW FAT SOUR CREAM
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse. Spread over bread (add extra avocados for good measure!) and top w/ buffalo bacon!
