Avocado Bruschetta with Buffalo Bacon

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
- 4~6 slices bread (good, solid and crusty Ciabatta)
- 2~4 avocados (ripe and reasonably soft)
- lemon (juice of one)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- pepper (freshly ground to taste)

8 slices Wild Idea Smoked Buffalo Bacon (cooked, cut in half)
- 4~8 tablespoons OF LOW FAT SOUR CREAM
Directions
Preparations:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse.
Spread over bread (add extra avocados for good measure!) and top w/ buffalo bacon!
