These sandwiches are crazy good, and crazy convenient, with our all new Heat & Eat BBQ Buffalo! Enjoy our 100% grass-fed bison meat, slowly braised in our in-house bbq sauce! A convenient food short-cut, that comes with guiltless pleasure!

Ingredients

1 - 1 pound pkg. Wild Idea Heat & Eat BBQ Buffalo
- 3 to 4 - Buns
- Butter
- BBQ Sweet Potato Chips
- 3 to 4 slices/ounces Cheddar Cheese
- 1 - jalapeno, sliced thin
- Harissa mayonnaise, sriracha mayonnaise or BBQ sauce
Directions
Place Heat & Eat BBQ Buffalo in a sauce pan. Rinse package with 1/4 cup water and add it to the sauce pan. Cover, and place on stovetop over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Heat until BBQ Buffalo starts to bubble. Remove from heat.
Butter the inside of the buns with butter and place on a heated griddle to toast. Remove.
Place 3 to 4 piles of BBQ Sweet Potato Chips on a plate and cover each with a slice of cheddar cheese. Heat under a broiler or microwave until the cheese is melted, about 30 seconds.
To assemble, spread the bottom of the toasted bun with mayonnaise or BBQ sauce, then pile on your desired amount of BBQ Buffalo meat, top the meat with the cheese covered BBQ Sweet Potato Chips, and finish off with thinly sliced jalapeños and toasted bun top.
