Whole Tri-Tip


This cut is a favorite among chefs and has become the centerpiece of many restaurant menus. Its shape makes a beautiful presentation as a whole roast. You can also slice it into steaks for individual portions. It is cut from the bottom sirloin subprimal. Marinating is suggested to achieve full tenderness that will match its full flavor!
