Asian-Style Bison Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lb. Wild Idea Ground Bison
- 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 green onion, sliced very thin on the diagonal
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preparations:
Marinate the bison in the above ingredients for at least 1 hour.
Grill or sauté on medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet.
