Andouille Sausage

We did our homework and tested recipes until we landed on the perfect one. This sausage is coarse ground, seasoned with traditional Andouille spices, hand-stuffed, and lightly smoked to obtain true Cajun flavor. Great on the grill or for use in soups, stews and casseroles.

Available in 16 oz. packages with 4 sausages per package. Pork casings used.
