What a blessing to stumble upon Wild Idea’s website. Having grown up in SD, in the days when we attended a country school, learning lots about SD history, geography, flora, fauna and wildlife, I feel like I’ve come home again, after reading about Erney. During college I worked in the Black Hills in summer, have driven through the beautiful Buffalo Gap Grasslands, never aware before of the hidden beauty just off the interstate.
