This versatile roast is loaded with flavor, making it a regular on the dinner table at the ranch. The Chuck Roast is cut from the Chuck Primal and is best when braised. Great for pot roasts, barbecue, carne asada, or, if you have the time, slow cook it first and then cut and grill for steaks.

    The Cut: Chuck Roast

    Chuck Roast comes from the front shoulder of the buffalo, where the neck transitions into the foreleg.
